Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Front + Atera + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front (such as a new support ticket), a service request is created in Atera. Slack then sends a direct message to the technician assigned to the Atera service request to notify them.
Atera + Google Sheets + Front: This workflow tracks Atera ticket resolution times in Google Sheets. When a ticket's status is updated, the Google Sheet is updated and Front sends a message regarding the update.
