Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Front, ClickSend, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and ClickSend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and ClickSend

Front + Google Sheets + ClickSend: When a new event occurs in Front (e.g., a new customer inquiry), the details are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and a confirmation SMS is sent to the customer via ClickSend.

Front + ClickSend + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front, fetch the details and send an SMS via ClickSend to notify a specific person, then send a message to a Slack channel about the urgent Front escalation.
