Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and Docusign

Docusign + Front + Slack: When a document's envelope status is updated in Docusign (e.g., signed), a notification is sent to a specified Front team. A confirmation message is also sent to a Slack channel.

Docusign + Front + Salesforce: When an envelope is signed in Docusign, the signed document is downloaded and uploaded as an attachment to a specified record in Salesforce. The sales representative is then notified in Front about the completed contract.
