After configuring Front, Google Cloud Text-To-Speech, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and Google Cloud Text-To-Speech integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Google Cloud Text-To-Speech (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Front + Google Cloud Text-To-Speech + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front (e.g., a new message), the text of the message is synthesized into speech using Google Cloud Text-To-Speech. The resulting audio file is then posted to a designated Slack channel for agent review and quality assurance.
Front + AI Agent + Google Cloud Text-To-Speech: When a new event occurs in Front, the AI Agent summarizes the email thread. The synthesized speech of that summary is created with Google Cloud Text-To-Speech.
