Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Front, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Front or Google Cloud Translate will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Front or Google Cloud Translate, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Front, Google Cloud Translate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and Google Cloud Translate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Google Cloud Translate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Front + Google Cloud Translate + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front, such as a customer inquiry, the text is translated to the agent's preferred language using Google Cloud Translate. The translated text is then sent to a Slack channel for review and context.
Zendesk + Google Cloud Translate + Front: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the ticket description is translated to the customer's language using Google Cloud Translate. The translated content is then added as a reply to the customer's message within Front.
