Save and Activate the Scenario

Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Microsoft OneNote (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and Microsoft OneNote

Front + Microsoft OneNote + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front, such as a new message or conversation, a note is created in a designated section in Microsoft OneNote to log the event details. Subsequently, a message is sent to a specific Slack channel to notify the team about the new Front event and the creation of the corresponding OneNote note.

Microsoft OneNote + Front + Jira: When a new note (page) is created in a specific section of Microsoft OneNote, a new issue is created in Jira. The details of the issue include data copied from Front using Front's 'Get Message' action, which can find details of the customer request. This helps track customer feedback and improvement requests.
