Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and Tamtam integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and Tamtam (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and Tamtam

Front + Tamtam + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Front, a message is created in Tamtam, and a new row is added to Google Sheets to log the conversation details for reporting.

Tamtam + Front + Jira: When a new message is received in Tamtam, the content is checked, and if the message is flagged from Front as a bug or support request, a new issue is created in Jira.
