Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gender API and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gender API and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and Google Drive
Google Drive + Gender API + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to Google Drive, the automation extracts names from the file content. The Gender API determines the gender associated with each name. This data is then logged in a Google Sheet for statistical analysis.
Google Drive + Google Sheets + Gender API: Retrieves data from a Google Sheet in Google Drive. For each name found in the sheet, the automation calls the Gender API to identify the likely gender, updates the Google Sheet with the gender information.
