Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Gender API, Replicate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gender API and Replicate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gender API and Replicate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and Replicate
Google Sheets + Gender API + Replicate: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, the Gender API predicts the gender based on the name in that row. Replicate then generates an avatar based on the predicted gender. Finally, the avatar URL is added to the Google Sheet.
Airtable + Gender API + Replicate: When a new record is created in Airtable, the Gender API predicts the gender based on a name field. Then, Replicate generates an image based on a prompt that includes the predicted gender. The generated image URL is then saved back to the Airtable record.
