Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gender API and Smartsheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gender API and Smartsheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and Smartsheet
Smartsheet + Gender API + Slack: When a new row is added to Smartsheet, the Gender API determines the contact's gender based on their name or email. Slack then sends a tailored message to a designated channel, informing the team about the new contact and their inferred gender for personalized outreach.
Smartsheet + Gender API + Google Sheets: When new rows are added to Smartsheet, the Gender API analyzes the contact's gender using the available name or email. This gender information is then added as a new column in a designated Google Sheet for contact enrichment and analysis.
