After configuring Gender API, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gender API and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gender API and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and Userback
Userback + Gender API + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, the flow retrieves the submitter's gender using their email address and then posts the feedback to a designated Slack channel, including gender information.
Userback + Gender API + Google Sheets: Upon receiving new feedback in Userback, this flow uses the submitter's email to determine their gender via the Gender API. The feedback details, along with the identified gender, are then logged into a Google Sheet for demographic analysis.
