Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Getform, tl;dv, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Getform and tl;dv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Getform and tl;dv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Getform and tl;dv
Getform + tl;dv + Slack: When a new form is submitted via Getform, tl;dv searches for meetings related to the submission. If a meeting is found, its highlights are retrieved and sent to a designated Slack channel for team review and action.
tl;dv + Getform + Notion: After a tl;dv meeting, use Getform to populate a client feedback form. The data from the submitted form is then used to create a new page in a specified Notion database, logging the feedback for future analysis.
