Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Giphy and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Giphy and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Giphy and CloudTalk

CloudTalk + Giphy + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, find a random GIF on Giphy, and then send a direct message to the customer on Slack containing the GIF.

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Giphy: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, log the call data in Google Sheets. If the customer satisfaction score (which must be manually entered in the sheet) is low based on a trigger for a new row added, add a Giphy of apology as a comment to that row in the Google Sheet.
