Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring GitLab, QuestionPro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GitLab and QuestionPro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GitLab and QuestionPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GitLab and QuestionPro

GitLab + QuestionPro + Slack: When a new commit is made to a GitLab repository, a survey is sent to users via QuestionPro to gather feedback on the changes. The survey results are then analyzed, and a summary is sent to a designated Slack channel for the development team.

QuestionPro + GitLab + Jira: When a user submits a response to a QuestionPro survey, if the response indicates a bug or issue, a new issue is automatically created in GitLab. Subsequently, a related task is created in Jira and linked to the GitLab issue for tracking and resolution.
