Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Harvest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Harvest

Harvest + Glide + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, it is added as a new row in a Glide table for project tracking. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform managers about the new time entry.

Harvest + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is logged in Harvest, the project status is updated in Glide, and a summary of project hours is added to a Google Sheet.
