Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, iLovePDF, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and iLovePDF integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and iLovePDF (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and iLovePDF

Glide + iLovePDF + Google Drive: When data is updated in Glide, it triggers the creation of a PDF document using iLovePDF. This PDF is then automatically saved to a designated folder in Google Drive for easy access and sharing.

iLovePDF + Glide + Airtable: When a new file is added to Google Drive, the flow extracts data from PDF forms using iLovePDF, populates an Airtable database with the extracted information, and then uses the Airtable data to update a Glide app, visualizing the data.
