Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Mailhook

Glide + Mailhook + Google Sheets: When new data is submitted through a Glide app, it triggers a Mailhook to send the data via email, and simultaneously adds the submission as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and record-keeping.

Mailhook + Glide + Slack: Upon receiving email data via Mailhook, the flow updates corresponding information in a Glide app and then sends a notification via Slack to a specified channel, alerting the team of the recent update.
