Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and NetSuite

Glide + NetSuite + Slack: When a new lead is captured in Glide via a new row, the information is used to create a new record in NetSuite. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new lead.

NetSuite + Google Sheets + Glide: On a schedule, NetSuite sales data is exported to a Google Sheet using a saved search. This Google Sheet is then displayed in a Glide app for mobile reporting purposes, allowing users to view the data on their mobile devices.
