Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Spotify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Spotify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Spotify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Spotify

Glide + Google Sheets + Spotify: When a user submits a song request through a Glide app (new row added), the information is logged in a Google Sheet. Then, the song is added to a specified Spotify playlist.

Spotify + Glide + Airtable: When a new track is added to a specified Spotify playlist, a Glide app displays the playlist. User ratings from the Glide app are then tracked in Airtable.
