Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Todoist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Todoist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Todoist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Todoist

Glide + Todoist + Google Calendar: When a new row is added in Glide (e.g., a form submission), a corresponding task is created in Todoist. Upon task creation, an event is created in Google Calendar to reflect the task's due date and details.

Todoist + Glide + Slack: When a task is marked as completed in Todoist, a row in Glide is updated to reflect the task's completion status. A summary of the completed task is then sent to a designated Slack channel.
