Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Zoom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Zoom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Zoom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Zoom

Glide + Zoom + Google Calendar: When a new row is added in Glide (e.g., a form submission), a Zoom meeting is created. The details of this meeting are then added to Google Calendar as an event.

Zoom + Glide + Slack: When a Zoom recording is completed, a new row is added to a Glide app with a summary and a link to the recording. A message is then sent in Slack to notify attendees.
