Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoCanvas, AWeber, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and AWeber integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and AWeber (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and AWeber
GoCanvas + AWeber + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the data is used to create or update a subscriber in AWeber. The submission data is then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
AWeber + GoCanvas + Slack: When a new subscriber joins an AWeber list, a GoCanvas dispatch is created and sent to the new subscriber. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new subscriber and dispatch.
