Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Google Calendar integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Google Calendar (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Google Calendar

GoCanvas + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new inspection form is submitted in GoCanvas, a follow-up event is created in Google Calendar. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the scheduled follow-up.

Google Calendar + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When a new event is created in Google Calendar, a GoCanvas dispatch is created for onsite details. The event details and dispatch information are then logged into Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
