Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoCanvas, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Jibble
Jibble + GoCanvas + QuickBooks: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, the information is used to update a GoCanvas form. The updated form data is then used to accurately track project costing in QuickBooks.
Jibble + GoCanvas + Slack: Upon an employee clocking in or out with Jibble, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel. This message includes information from their Jibble entry and a link to the GoCanvas form they're working on, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress.
