Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoCanvas, Lexoffice, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Lexoffice integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Lexoffice (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Lexoffice
GoCanvas + Google Sheets + Lexoffice: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Then, a voucher is created in Lexoffice, populating it with relevant data from the Google Sheet.
Lexoffice + GoCanvas + Slack: When a new voucher is created in Lexoffice, relevant data is retrieved. This data is then used to find corresponding form data in GoCanvas, and a message is sent to a Slack channel, notifying the team about the new invoice and including the GoCanvas data.
