How to connect GoCanvas and Replicate
Create a New Scenario to Connect GoCanvas and Replicate
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a GoCanvas, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, GoCanvas or Replicate will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find GoCanvas or Replicate, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the GoCanvas Node
Select the GoCanvas node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoCanvas, Replicate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Replicate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Replicate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Replicate
GoCanvas + Replicate + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas indicating damage, Replicate generates an image or a repair plan based on the submission data. Slack then sends a message to the maintenance team with the generated content.
GoCanvas + Replicate + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, Replicate generates an image based on the submission data. The GoCanvas data and the link to the generated image are then added as a new row in Google Sheets for visual reporting.
