Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoCanvas, Vitally, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Vitally integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Vitally
GoCanvas + Vitally + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the system checks if the submission indicates a failed inspection. If so, it creates a message in Vitally for the customer success team and sends a Slack message to a designated channel, alerting them to the failed inspection for that client.
Vitally + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When a user's data is updated in Vitally, the system checks if their health score is below a certain threshold. If it is, a GoCanvas inspection is scheduled, and the user's ID and health score data are logged to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
