Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring GoCanvas, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Webflow

GoCanvas + Webflow + Airtable: When a new submission is made in GoCanvas, a new collection item is created in Webflow. The details of the submission and Webflow item are then logged in Airtable for analysis.

GoCanvas + Webflow + Slack: Upon receiving a new submission in GoCanvas, a new collection item is created in Webflow. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying the relevant team about the new Webflow item.
