Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AI and HubSpot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AI and HubSpot

HubSpot + Google AI + Slack: When new contact feedback is captured in HubSpot via a 'New Contact' trigger, the data is sent to Google AI's 'Send Message to Gemini' action to analyze the sentiment and extract key insights. These insights are then posted to a dedicated Slack channel using the 'Send Public Channel Message' action.

HubSpot + Google AI + Google Sheets: When a contact is created or updated in HubSpot using 'Contact Updated Or Created' trigger, their data is sent to Google AI via 'Send Message to Gemini' to enrich the data (e.g., find more information about the contact based on their job title). Then, the HubSpot contact is updated via action 'Update Contact', and Google Sheets is updated via 'Update Row' to update the contact's information in Google Sheets for reporting.
