Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google AI, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AI and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AI and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AI and NocoDB

Google AI + NocoDB + Slack: Analyze customer feedback submitted to NocoDB using Google AI's Gemini model, store the AI-generated insights back into NocoDB, and then notify a designated Slack channel about the analyzed feedback and its corresponding insights.

NocoDB + Google AI + Discord bot: When new data is added to a NocoDB table, use Google AI's Gemini model to classify the data and then send a summary of the classification to a specific Discord channel via a Discord bot.
