Most powerful ways to connect Google Analytics and LiveChat
Google Analytics + Slack + LiveChat: When Google Analytics detects a key event (e.g., high traffic), send a Slack message to alert the team, prompting them to proactively engage visitors via LiveChat.
LiveChat + Google Sheets + Google Analytics: When a chat is deactivated, log the chat details (e.g., transcript, tags) into Google Sheets. Simultaneously, run a report in Google Analytics to monitor related traffic patterns based on tag data to track customer behavior.
