How to connect Google Analytics and WooCommerce
Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Analytics and WooCommerce
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google Analytics, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google Analytics or WooCommerce will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Analytics or WooCommerce, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Google Analytics Node
Select the Google Analytics node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Analytics, WooCommerce, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Analytics and WooCommerce integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Analytics and WooCommerce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Analytics and WooCommerce
Google Analytics + WooCommerce + Google Sheets: When a key event is triggered in Google Analytics (e.g., a specific page view), the workflow runs a report on related WooCommerce sales data. This report data is then added as a new row in a designated Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
WooCommerce + Google Analytics + Mailchimp: When a new order is placed in WooCommerce, the workflow runs a Google Analytics report to get customer data and website activity. This information is used to create or update a subscriber in Mailchimp, and adds the subscriber to a specific tag based on their purchase history for targeted email campaigns.
