Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Analytics and Zendesk Sell
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google Analytics, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google Analytics or Zendesk Sell will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Analytics or Zendesk Sell, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Configure the Google Analytics
Click on the Google Analytics node to configure it. You can modify the Google Analytics URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Zendesk Sell Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Google Analytics node, select Zendesk Sell from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Zendesk Sell.

Authenticate Zendesk Sell
Now, click the Zendesk Sell node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Zendesk Sell settings. Authentication allows you to use Zendesk Sell through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Analytics, Zendesk Sell, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google Analytics and Zendesk Sell integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Analytics and Zendesk Sell (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Analytics + Slack + Zendesk Sell: When a website visitor views a key product page tracked by Google Analytics, find their email (if available). Use this email to search for a corresponding lead in Zendesk Sell. If found, send a Slack message to the sales team with the lead's information to follow up.
Zendesk Sell + Google Analytics + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in Zendesk Sell, retrieve any associated website behavior data from Google Analytics (using email, if available). Log this lead source and website behavior data into a new row in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
