Google Analytics + Slack + Zoho Desk: When Google Analytics detects a significant drop in website traffic (e.g., using the 'Run Report' action to monitor traffic and comparing it to historical data), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team. The Slack message can include key metrics from the report. A new ticket is created in Zoho Desk to track the potential issue and assign it to the appropriate team.
Zoho Desk + Google Analytics + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, the integration retrieves traffic source data from Google Analytics using the 'Run Report' action. This data is then combined with ticket resolution time and written to a new row in Google Sheets for tracking and analysis. The data can be used to correlate traffic sources with support workload.
