Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google AppSheet, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google AppSheet or Microsoft OneNote will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google AppSheet or Microsoft OneNote, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Google AppSheet node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Google AppSheet, Microsoft OneNote, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Microsoft OneNote integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Microsoft OneNote (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google AppSheet + Microsoft OneNote + Slack: When a new record is added to Google AppSheet, a new note is created in Microsoft OneNote containing the record details, and a summary of the new note is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Microsoft OneNote + Google AppSheet + Microsoft Teams: Summarize notes from a specific section in OneNote. Then, find corresponding records in AppSheet. If matching records are found, send the OneNote summary along with corresponding AppSheet data to a Teams channel.
