Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google AppSheet, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and NocoDB

Google AppSheet + NocoDB + Slack: When a new record is added through a Google AppSheet form, the corresponding row is created in the NocoDB database. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new entry.

NocoDB + Google AppSheet + Airtable: When a new record is created in NocoDB, the corresponding data is used to update records in Google AppSheet. Finally, these changes are logged as new records in Airtable for data analysis.
