Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and OpenAI Vision (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and OpenAI Vision

Google AppSheet + OpenAI Vision + Slack: When a new record is added in Google AppSheet (containing a receipt image), the workflow sends the image to OpenAI Vision for data extraction. The extracted data is then sent as a message to a designated Slack channel for the accounting team.

Google AppSheet + OpenAI Vision + Google Sheets: When a new record is added in Google AppSheet (containing a product image), the workflow sends the image to OpenAI Vision for product classification. The classification details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
