Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google AppSheet, Pinecone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Pinecone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Pinecone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and Pinecone

Google AppSheet + Pinecone + OpenAI ChatGPT: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the data is used to update a vector in Pinecone. Then, a message is sent to ChatGPT to generate insights based on the updated vector data and the response is stored back in AppSheet.

Pinecone + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new vector is added to Pinecone, the automation finds related data in Google AppSheet using the vector ID. A Slack notification is then sent with information from the matched AppSheet record.
