After configuring Google AppSheet, Scrapeless, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Scrapeless integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Scrapeless (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and Scrapeless

Scrapeless + Google Sheets + Google AppSheet: Scrapeless scrapes product prices from a website. Google Sheets stores the scraped data. Google AppSheet monitors the Google Sheet and updates its own database, triggering alerts based on price changes.

Scrapeless + Google AppSheet + Slack: Scrapeless monitors a website for outages by scraping it regularly. Google AppSheet checks the scraped data. If the data indicates an outage, Google AppSheet triggers a notification to a Slack channel to alert operations teams.
