Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google AppSheet, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google AppSheet or Sendgrid will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google AppSheet or Sendgrid, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Google AppSheet, Sendgrid, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google AppSheet and Sendgrid integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and Sendgrid (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google AppSheet + Sendgrid + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Google AppSheet, a confirmation email is sent via Sendgrid, and a notification is posted to a Slack channel.
Sendgrid + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: When an email is sent from Sendgrid, the details are logged in a Google Sheet. Google AppSheet is then updated with the email delivery confirmation status using the information in the Google Sheet.
