Google AppSheet + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new record is added in Google AppSheet representing a support request, a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk. A notification is then sent via Slack to the support team to alert them of the new ticket.
Zoho Desk + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: When a ticket is closed in Zoho Desk, the details of the resolution are updated in a Google AppSheet. The same data is then logged to a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking purposes.
