Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Calendar and FreeAgent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Calendar and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Calendar and FreeAgent

Google Calendar + FreeAgent + Slack: When a new event is created or modified in Google Calendar, a task is created in FreeAgent. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team about the new task.

FreeAgent + Google Calendar + Zoom: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a thank you meeting is scheduled in Google Calendar, and a Zoom meeting is automatically created for that event.
