Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Calendar and OCR Space (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Calendar and OCR Space
Google Calendar + OCR Space + Google Sheets: When a new or modified event is detected in Google Calendar, the system extracts image attachments using OCR Space. The extracted text is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for data analysis.
OCR Space + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new file is added (e.g. a receipt scan), OCR Space extracts the text. This data is then used to create a new event in Google Calendar representing an expense. Finally, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the finance team.
