Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Chat and Apify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Chat and Apify
Apify + Google Chat + Google Sheets: When an Apify actor finishes running, the data extracted is summarized. The summary is then posted to Google Chat, and a detailed report is saved in a Google Sheet.
Apify + Google Chat + Slack: When Apify finds new leads online (actor finishes running), a notification is sent to Google Chat with basic lead information. A more comprehensive summary of the leads is sent to a designated Slack channel.
