Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Chat and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Chat and ClickSend
Google Chat + ClickSend + Google Sheets: When a new message is received in Google Chat, the content is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Then, key information from that row is sent as an SMS message via ClickSend.
ClickSend + Google Chat + PagerDuty: If an SMS message fails to send via ClickSend, a notification is created in Google Chat. If the chat notification does not resolve the issue, an incident is triggered in PagerDuty to escalate to the on-call team.
