Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Chat and Front (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Chat and Front

Google Chat + Front + Jira: When a new message is received in Google Chat, it is forwarded to Front as a new message for agent assignment. A Jira issue is then created to track the resolution of the chat message.

Front + Google Chat + Customer.io: When a new event occurs in Front, such as a customer interaction, a summary is sent to Google Chat for team awareness. The customer's profile in Customer.io is then updated with information about the interaction.
