Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and Freshdesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and Freshdesk
Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Freshdesk + Slack: Analyze customer support tickets data from BigQuery using a scheduled query. If specific trends or keywords are identified, add notes to relevant tickets in Freshdesk and notify the support team via a Slack channel message.
Freshdesk + Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, its details are logged as a new row in a BigQuery table. A separate process queries BigQuery periodically to summarize key metrics and updates a Google Sheets report with these metrics.
