Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Cloud BigQuery (REST), iLovePDF, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and iLovePDF integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and iLovePDF (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) and iLovePDF
Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + iLovePDF + Google Drive: When a new table is created in BigQuery, a query is executed, and the results are exported to a CSV file. This CSV is then converted to a PDF using iLovePDF, and the optimized PDF is saved to Google Drive.
iLovePDF + Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Airtable: When a new PDF is uploaded to a designated folder, iLovePDF extracts the text. BigQuery analyzes this data via a query. Finally, the results of this analysis are then logged in Airtable.
