Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + OpenAI Responses + Slack: This flow analyzes customer feedback stored in BigQuery by running a query. The results are then sent to OpenAI to generate a summary. Finally, the summary is posted to a designated Slack channel for team review.
OpenAI Responses + Google Cloud BigQuery (REST) + Google Sheets: This automation analyzes sentiment from OpenAI, logs the data in BigQuery, and visualizes trends in Google Sheets. OpenAI generates a sentiment analysis, which is then inserted as a new row in BigQuery. Finally, this new data triggers an update to a Google Sheet for trend visualization.
