Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud BigQuery and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud BigQuery and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud BigQuery and Clockify

Clockify + Google Cloud BigQuery + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is added to Clockify, the information is sent to Google Cloud BigQuery. Then, summary data is retrieved from BigQuery and appended as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting.

Clockify + Google Cloud BigQuery + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, the data is sent to BigQuery. BigQuery checks if the total time spent on a project exceeds the allocated budget. If the budget is exceeded, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the project managers.
